Advanced Reporting
Get customizable reports using multiple parameters to satisfy a variety of your reporting needs. You can view information about your products available on the DSSI system, review facilities that purchase from you, and analyze purchasing activity data with this invaluable business intelligence tool. Currently, there are three different level reports available:
- Product Level Reports provide information regarding the items you have on the DSSI system.
- Facility Level Reports provide information regarding the facilities configured to order with you over the DSSI system.
- Purchasing Reports provide information regarding the purchasing activity that has taken place with you over the DSSI system.
Sales Reporting
View your online sales by time period and/or by customer and track your sales growth.
- The Invoice Volume Graph provides a cursory historical check on total invoice dollars and invoice counts by customer, viewed monthly or quarterly.
- The Invoice Volume Table provides an in-depth historical view of total invoice dollar and count volume, including freight, tax, and other charges
- The Customer Summary displays total customer statistics.
Compliance Reporting
Find out what products, in what quantities, your customers are purchasing from you. You can also compare spend between customers or between facilities to identify low performers and find areas to increase your sales.
- Facility Compliance Reports allow you to view dollar-per-bed compliance by customer, state, and facility detail.
- Customer Compliance Reports allow you to view total customer compliance activity by state or facility detail.
- Formulary Compliance Reports display purchasing activity detail according to your formulary (order guide).
